Most of our products are available to order through our online shop and will be delivered directly to your home address.
Larger items, such as scooters, power chairs, wheelchairs and rise & recline chairs, are not available to purchase directly through the website as we like our customers to be able to discuss their requirements with one of our friendly sales team to ensure that they are purchasing the best product to suit their needs.

Our secure credit card processing facility makes shopping online safe and secure, but if you do not wish to pay for your goods online you can also pay by cheque, postal order or use our free phone number to order directly with a member of staff, just ask for a member of the Web Sales Team.

If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order, you will need to complete an order form manually and send it to us by post. Please allow an additional 7 working days for your order to be despatched if paying by cheque.
Postage is charged at the rate of £2.95 for all orders under £10 and £4.95 for orders £10 and over. Certain items carry a postage surcharge however this is clearly visible within the products information.
It is your responsibility to ensure you choose a delivery address where you, or other able and authorised individuals acting on your behalf, are available to receive and sign for the goods that are delivered. We aim, subject to stock availability, to deliver within 5-7 working days.
Many of our products are available with exemption from VAT. These products are clearly marked. To claim exemption from VAT you must be suffering from a long term illness or disability. Please click on VAT Exemption to direct you to our page which provides full details in this regard.
You do not need to register to the Eden Mobility website when making a purchase however you may find it beneficial to do so as it will document your order history.
