Shipping and Handling
Postage is charged at the rate of £2.90 for all orders under £20 and £4.90 for orders £20 and over. Certain items carry a postage surcharge however this is clearly visible within the products information.
It is your responsibility to ensure you choose a delivery address where you, or other able and authorised individuals acting on your behalf, are available to receive and sign for the goods that are delivered. We aim, subject to stock availability, to deliver within 5-7 working days.
Returns
Should you need to return an item then you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of the item, to receive a returns authorisation number. Once you have received this returns authorisation number you must return the product to the address provided in resale able condition, accompanied by the dispatch note and/or invoice. The return postage charges are your responsibility.
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. These include, but are not limited to:
- Incontinence Products
- Urinals
- Commodes
- Beds
- Chairs
