The Ross FlexiMove is primarily used for moving patients further up in bed, turning and sideways transfer; in these situations, pulling is easier than lifting because the underside is smooth and slides effortlessly in the bed.
If a client must be lifted off the floor, the FlexiMove Maxi can be used because it covers most of the body and is easy to place under the patient.
The sturdy handles and the padded board make the transfer more comfortable for both client and carer.
The FlexiMove Midi (1100 x 530mm (431/4 x 201/4")) features four handles and the FlexiMove Maxi (1500 x 430mm (59 x 17")) features five handles.
