We are pleased to announce that all Eden Stores* will be open from Monday 8th March, 9am-1pm / Monday to Friday. Our Coronavirus & Social Distancing Policy will be in place to protect both our staff and customers alike.
***You can also still book Covid Secure, 1on-1 appointments in-store (call for details)***
We can't wait to welcome you back to our stores, but don't worry if you can't get to us, we can bring the showroom to you for a home demonstration or you can shop online now.

Please note that from today (08/01/21) all of Eden Mobility's stores, barring Leicester*, will be closed until further notice.
Even though our stores have closed our Head Office remains open, and we're still here to help you wherever possible:

Due to overwhelming demand and a duty of care to our customers, Eden Mobility's 31 stores are now open Mon-Fri, from 9am - 1pm.
Our Head Office Call Centre is open 8:30am-5pm and we can still deliver products directly to your door. We are still providing service & repairs for our existing customers and you can also place orders online 24/7 via the Eden Website.

Unfortunately, 23 of our stores are now closed until further notice. The following 8 will remain open: Barnsley, Bridlington, Doncaster, Grimsby, Huddersfield, Portsmouth, Scunthorpe & Wakefield.
Don't worry if your local Eden store is closed, we can still help you. Our Head Office Call Centre is open and we can still deliver products directly to your door. We are still providing service & repairs for our existing customers and you can also place orders online 24/7 via the Eden Website.

05/11/2020 - COVID-19 Update - ALL Stores Now Open (Except Bury)
***IMPORTANT UPDATE***
If you need us during these difficult times we are still here to help you.
All Eden stores remain open wherever possible, Monday to Friday - but will be closed on Saturdays until further notice*. You can get free, friendly advice about any of our products or services from our expert staff. Can't get to us? Don't worry, we can bring many products to you for a home demonstration - call for details and to arrange an appointment.
All our staff and stores are Covid-Secure. Our staff have the correct PPE, regularly use hand sanitiser and stores/vans are deep cleaned on a regular basis. Any member of staff visiting you will have Eden Uniform and identification.
You can also place orders 24/7 from the comfort of your home via the Eden website.
Our service department are here to keep you mobile. If you are an existing customer and need servicing or repairs call our team now to see how we can help you.

We are pleased to announce that from Monday 3rd August all Eden Mobility stores will re-open.
All stores will adhere to our Coronavirus/Social Distancing policy to help protect our staff and customers - full details will be displayed in our shop windows.

It is with regret that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, all of our stores will be closed from 4pm today.
We will, however, still be in a position to supply Rise & Recline Chairs, Stairlifts, Powerchairs, and Scooters as well as certain other essential items.
Our website is still fully functional for delivery orders.
Our service engineers will be on call for emergencies only.
